Mercado Minerals Ltd. has successfully closed its non-brokered private placement, raising $810,500 to fund new project acquisitions, investor relations, and corporate working capital. The offering included 8,105,000 units at C$0.10 per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and a half-share purchase warrant. The proceeds will support the company’s strategic growth in the mineral exploration sector.
