Menicon Co., Ltd. has decided to issue its 3rd Unsecured Straight Bonds worth 10 billion yen, maturing in 5 years with an annual interest rate of 0.964%. The funds raised will be allocated to the partial redemption of maturing Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due in 2025. The bonds, rated A-, will be underwritten by several major securities firms.
