China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited successfully conducted its AGM on June 12, 2024, with shareholders passing most resolutions by a large majority, including the adoption of audited financial statements, approval of a final dividend, and re-election of directors. However, a resolution to allot and issue additional shares did not pass. Additionally, shareholders approved a special resolution concerning the Proposed Amendments and adoption of new company articles.
