China Mengniu Dairy Co. has announced that Mr. Jeffrey Minfang Lu will resign from his roles as Executive Director and Vice-Chairman, effective from October 10, 2024, to focus on personal commitments. In his stead, Mr. Wang Xi has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and will also serve on the Strategy and Development Committee. The company expressed its appreciation for Lu’s contributions and confirmed there are no disagreements or concerns regarding his resignation.
