China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited announced changes in its board, with Mr. Wang Xi resigning as a non-executive director and Mr. Meng Fanjie being appointed in his place, effective from 28 August 2024. Mr. Wang’s departure is due to a change in work arrangements, and he leaves without any disagreement or unresolved issues. The company welcomes Mr. Meng, who has a substantial history with the company and related entities, back to the board.
