Mencast Holdings Ltd. has announced a reshuffle of their Board of Directors, including the appointment of Ms. Lee Kim Lian, Juliana as an Independent Director and leadership roles in various committees. Additionally, the company has streamlined its decision-making process by dissolving the Corporate Strategy & Communications Committee, integrating its functions directly into the Board’s responsibilities. These changes are set to take effect from July 29, 2024.
