Mencast Holdings Ltd. has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors following its Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2024. The company reported the retirement of three key Independent Directors, Mr. Sunny Wong Fook Choy, Mr. Ng Chee Keong, and Mr. Leow David Ivan, acknowledging their valuable contributions.
