Memiontec Holdings Ltd. has announced the retirement of Mr. Jackson Chevalier Yap Kit Siong from his position as Independent Non-Executive Chairman and member of various committees, effective April 24, 2024. The company’s board and nominating committee are actively seeking a replacement to comply with regulatory requirements within a three-month period. Memiontec will keep shareholders informed on the appointment of a new director and any changes to the board’s composition.
