Funded with proceeds from recent share subscriptions, the investment is intended to support the company’s strategy of integrating blockchain technology into its data management services, including operating proprietary Solana validators to enhance network security, generate staking yield, and strengthen its positioning as an “IoT-meets-blockchain” solution provider, which the board believes is in the interests of shareholders and aligned with its long-term expansion plans.
