Melrose Industries reported that all 21 resolutions at its 29 April 2026 annual general meeting were approved by shareholders, with around 81% of issued share capital voting. Investors backed the 2025 financial statements, a final dividend of 4.8 pence per share, the directors’ remuneration report and policy, and the (re-)election of all nominated board members, signalling broad support for the current governance and strategy.

Shareholders also renewed authorities for directors to allot shares, disapply pre-emption rights for certain equity issues, make market purchases of shares, and call general meetings on 14 days’ notice.
