Melrose Industries PLC has conducted a share buyback transaction through Investec Bank plc, purchasing 387,146 of its ordinary shares. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 592.8 to 610.6 pence, with a volume-weighted average price of 604.2013 pence. Post-transaction, Melrose holds 43,869,366 shares in treasury and has a total of 1,307,605,955 shares in issue.
