Melrose Industries PLC reported the buyback of 323,888 of its ordinary shares on May 16, 2024, at prices ranging from 611.4 to 619.6 pence per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 615.6051 pence. The acquired shares are to be held in treasury, and following the transaction, the company has 46,909,857 shares in treasury and 1,304,565,464 shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
