Melrose Industries PLC has announced the repurchase of 338,292 of its own shares on the 8th of May 2024, with prices ranging between 593.20 pence and 606.20 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, following the transaction Melrose now holds 44,932,548 shares in treasury and has a total of 1,306,542,773 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
