Melco International Development Limited has announced the resignation of Ernst & Young as its auditor, effective from June 28, 2024, and the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as its new auditor until the next annual general meeting. The decision, recommended by the Company’s audit committee, is aimed at aligning with its major subsidiary Melco Resorts, to enhance audit efficiency and reduce costs. The Company assures its shareholders that there are no unresolved issues with EY, expressing gratitude for their past services.
