Mr. Purcell was last re-elected in 2018 and has since been appointed as Executive Chairman, a role equivalent to a managing director, which exempts him from re-election under ASX Listing Rule 14.4. This clarification confirms that Mr. Purcell holds the principal executive office, allowing him to exercise significant control and decision-making authority within the company.
