Meituan, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has announced its intention to issue US dollar-denominated senior notes exclusively to professional investors, depending on market conditions and investor interest. The offering is being coordinated by prominent financial institutions, with the proceeds intended primarily for refinancing existing offshore debts and general corporate purposes. The notes will not be registered under U.S. securities laws and will not be available to the public in Hong Kong nor to retail investors in the EEA and UK.
