Meitu, Inc. has successfully passed all proposed resolutions during its Annual General Meeting held on June 5, 2024. Shareholders approved key resolutions, including the adoption of financial statements, the re-election of directors, and the implementation of the 2024 Share Award Scheme. The meeting also resulted in the appointment of a new Independent Non-Executive Director and changes to the Board’s committee memberships.
