Meilleure Health International Industry Group Limited successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), with all resolutions passed unanimously. Shareholders approved key resolutions including the audited financial statements, a final dividend of HK$0.4 cents per share, the re-election of executive and independent non-executive directors, as well as the re-appointment of the company auditor. Additionally, mandates for the repurchase and issue of company shares were approved, with an extension to include repurchased shares.
