Meiko Electronics Co., Ltd. has announced a strategic business alliance with Aoshikang Technology Co., Ltd. (ASK) to boost production capacity for printed circuit boards in the ASEAN region. Through this partnership, Meiko will invest US$20 million for a 14.9% stake in ASK’s subsidiary, JIARUIAN Pte. Ltd., to manage a new production subsidiary in Thailand. The collaboration aims to meet increasing demand and will have a negligible impact on Meiko’s current fiscal year consolidated business results.
