(MKHC), with a $15 million investment aimed at expanding production capacity due to rising demand for printed circuit boards in the ASEAN region. Subsequently, MKHC has been designated a specified subsidiary after exceeding 10% of the parent company’s capital. The financial impact of this expansion on Meiko Electronics’ consolidated results is anticipated to be minimal.
