Meihao Medical Group Co., Ltd. has announced an ordinary final dividend of HKD 0.01 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders have the option to receive the dividend in cash or convert it into scrip shares priced at HKD 0.39 each. The dividends are scheduled to be paid on August 14, 2024, following approval on June 18, 2024, with the relevant share certificates despatched on the same day.
