MeGroup Ltd. has announced a major reshuffle in its Board of Directors, with Mr. Wong Cheong Chee stepping down as Executive Chairman and CEO to become Group Senior Advisor effective 30 August 2024. Ms. Wong Keat Yee will take over as the Executive Chairwoman, with Mr. Wong Sai Hou and Mr. Wong Sai Keat assuming the roles of Executive Director and CEO, and Executive Director, respectively. These strategic appointments are part of the company’s succession planning, with no changes to the Board Committees.
