MegaWatt Lithium and Battery Metals Corp. has announced plans to acquire Labrador Mineral Resources Inc., including its 100% interest in the Benedict Mountains Uranium Property. The deal involves MegaWatt issuing over 16 million shares to Labrador shareholders, equating to a roughly 44% ownership in the expanded company. The transaction, still subject to regulatory approval, also includes a future cash payment and potential royalty adjustments for the property.
