MegaWatt Lithium and Battery Metals Corp. has successfully completed its acquisition of Labrador Mineral Resources Inc., gaining a 100% interest in the Benedict Mountains Uranium Property in Labrador. As part of the deal, MegaWatt issued over 16 million shares to Labrador shareholders, who now own approximately 44.61% of MegaWatt’s non-diluted shares. The acquisition, which is not considered a fundamental change for the company, also involves a future cash payment and a 1.5% net smelter return royalty on the property.
