Megaport Limited has disclosed a change in Director Melinda Snowden’s interests, revealing an acquisition of 3,000 fully paid ordinary shares through an on-market trade, bringing her total holdings to 14,000 shares. The transaction had a monetary value of $22,590, corresponding to an average price of $7.53 per share. No interests in contracts have changed and the trade did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
