MegaChem Ltd. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 19, 2024, with key company directors and officials, including the Managing Director and CFO, in attendance. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Lee Bon Leong, was held at the company’s Singapore location and facilitated virtually for a non-executive director from Japan.
