Mega Genomics Limited has announced key administrative changes, including the resignation of Ms. Ng Wai Kam as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent, effective from June 28, 2024. Ms. Cheung Yuet Fan will also step down as Process Agent on the same date. In their stead, Mr. Ng Ka Chi, with over 20 years of legal experience, has been appointed to fulfill these roles, coinciding with the company’s relocation of its principal business address in Hong Kong.
