MedX Health Corp. announced the initial close of its private placement, reaching $500,000 with a continued offering up to $2 million, expected to finalize within 30 days, without further extensions past August 2, 2024. The company has resolved outstanding issues regarding the Series I Convertible Loan Notes, with all interest payments now current, and extended the Maturity Date to December 31, 2025.
