Medtecs International Corporation has informed investors that the High Court of Singapore ordered the dissolution of its subsidiary Resilient Medical with effect from 3 February 2026, formally concluding the entity’s liquidation. The liquidator has confirmed that all steps in the winding-up process have been completed, and the company will cease issuing further monthly updates on this matter under Catalist Rule 704(22).
