MedSci Healthcare Holdings Limited has announced a reshuffle of its board with the resignation of Mr. Fan Jie and Mr. Hu Xubo as executive and non-executive directors, respectively, effective from 25 September 2024. They are succeeded by the appointment of Mr. Cheng Liang as an executive director and Ms. Wang Xin as a non-executive director. The company has expressed its appreciation for the contributions of the outgoing directors and provided brief backgrounds of the new appointees.
