Medlive Technology Co., Ltd. has announced the qualification of Ms. Yang Yanling as the new sole company secretary, effective from 15 July 2024, following the resignation of Ms. Chu Cheuk Ting from the joint position. Ms. Chu, who has confirmed no disagreements or issues with the board, will continue to serve as the agent for service of process in Hong Kong. The company extends its appreciation to Ms. Chu for her services.
