Geoffrey O’Brien will retire and step down from his role as Vice President at MediciNova, Inc. on April 2, 2024, with his departure being amicable and free from disputes. Following his resignation, he plans to maintain ties with the company by transitioning into a consulting capacity, with a formal agreement forthcoming to outline his new role.
