Medialink Group Limited announced that all proposed resolutions during its Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2024, received overwhelming approval from shareholders, with each resolution garnering 99.79% votes in favor. Key approved actions include the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of final and special dividends, re-election of executive and independent non-executive Directors, and approval of a share repurchase and issuance mandate.
