Medialink Group Ltd. has proposed amendments to its Share Award Scheme, shifting the program to be exclusively funded by existing shares rather than new share subscriptions. The changes, aimed at better reflecting the scheme’s operations and aligning interests with shareholders, require approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
