MediaCo Holding Inc.’s Board of Directors recently approved significant compensation packages for top executives following a Compensation Committee recommendation. Chief Operating Officer Brian Kei received a $1 million equity grant with vesting terms tied to time and performance. Chief Revenue Officer Alberto Rodriguez secured a new employment deal featuring a $700,000 salary, potential cash incentives, a similar $1 million equity grant, and severance provisions. Chief Legal Officer Andrew Carington’s arrangement includes a $300,000 salary, incentive compensation, and an equity grant, all subject to stockholder approval of a new equity incentive plan.
