Medi Lifestyle Limited has announced board changes with Tan Sri Ahmad Bin Mohd Don stepping down as Independent Non-Executive Director and Mr. Zhang Zhi taking over as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Deputy Chairman. These changes, effective from April 2024, come as the company thanks Tan Sri Ahmad for his service and welcomes Mr. Zhang to his new role. The reshuffle also alters the compositions of the Board’s Audit, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees.
