MedBright AI Revises Healthcare Group Acquisition Terms

Vinergy Resources (TSE:MBAI) has released an update.

MedBright AI Investments Inc. has clarified its acquisition terms of Healthcare Accretion Group Inc., following a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission. Initially announced as a 40% interest acquisition, the company has adjusted the terms to a 49.33% stake, with a right of first refusal for the remaining shares until 2025. The transaction was completed with MedBright issuing over 37 million of its shares to the selling shareholders of HAG.
