Medalist Diversified REIT Announces Board Changes and New Chair

Medalist Diversified REIT, Inc. has appointed A. Lee Finley as a Class II director, set to serve until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders where he will be up for re-election. He does not have any undisclosed financial arrangements and will be compensated per the company’s existing policies. Concurrently, directors Timothy O’Brien and Charles S. Pearson, Jr. have resigned without any disputes, prompting the Board to downsize and name Francis Kavanaugh as the new Chair, all effective June 26, 2024.
