MECOM Power and Construction Limited announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2024, received overwhelming support from shareholders, with votes in favor ranging from 99.49% to 100%. Key approvals included the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of directors, authorization of remuneration, and the re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the auditor. Shareholders also granted mandates for share dealings and the adoption of new Articles of Association.
