The change involves the vesting of 65,780,777 ordinary shares to Breeze’s nominee, Trandcorp Pty Ltd, via the MEC Employee Share Trust. This transaction was part of a previous agreement where shares were issued in lieu of director fees. The shares have vested following the reinstatement of the company’s shares to trading on the ASX.
