Mears Group PLC has executed another step in its share buyback program by purchasing 70,000 ordinary shares, with prices ranging between 366.50 and 374.50 GBp per share. Since the program’s initiation in August 2024, Mears has acquired over 5.2 million shares for cancellation, demonstrating the company’s commitment to enhancing shareholder value.
