ME Group International PLC has corrected a previous announcement to accurately report the total number of voting Ordinary Shares at 376,461,253, following an equity issue and a transaction by CFO Stéphane Gibon. Gibon exercised options for 100,000 shares at £0.614 each, and subsequently sold them at £1.643 per share, with the shares admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The company’s share capital now stands at 378,829,879 Ordinary Shares, with 2,368,626 held in treasury.
