ME Group International PLC has announced that CFO Stéphane Gibon exercised options for 100,000 shares at £0.614 each and sold them at £1.643 per share. Following the transaction, the company’s total issued share capital is 378,829,879 shares, which excludes 2,368,626 shares held in treasury. These events are part of the company’s Executive Share Option Scheme and have been reported in compliance with the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
