MCF Energy Ltd. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $4.45 million through the issue of nearly 30 million units, which include common shares and warrants. Additionally, the company has converted $1.57 million of debt into units under similar terms. The funds are earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes.
