Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. has announced its 2023 AGM to be held on 25 June 2024, where it will review annual reports, profit distribution, director emoluments, and propose agreements and plans for 2024-2027, including asset securitization and bond issuance. Shareholders will be invited to approve amendments to the Articles of Association and empower the Board of Directors with a mandate to issue shares.
