M&C Saatchi Executives Upscale Company Shares

M&C Saatchi plc (GB:SAA) has released an update.

M&C Saatchi PLC executives, CEO Zaid Al-Qassab and CFO Simon Fuller, have recently bolstered their stakes in the company with the purchase of ordinary shares at prices of £1.8675 and £1.803 respectively, on 27 September 2024. This investment increases Al-Qassab’s holding to 0.04% and Fuller’s to 0.03% of the company’s issued share capital. The transactions were carried out on the London Stock Exchange and signify a confidence boost from top management in the company’s financial health.
