M&C Saatchi PLC has announced the granting of Long Term Incentive Plan Awards to top executives, with CEO Zaid Al-Qassab receiving 586,510 shares and CFO Bruce Marson receiving 134,408 shares. These awards will vest in May 2027, contingent on performance conditions and continued employment, followed by a two-year holding period. No payment was made for these grants, which were transacted off-market on May 30, 2024.
