M&C Saatchi plc (GB:SAA) has released an update.
Chris Sweetland, Non-Executive Director at M&C Saatchi PLC, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 20,000 additional shares at a price of 183.75 pence each, bringing his total holding to 45,000 shares, which now accounts for 0.04% of the firm’s issued share capital. The transaction took place on the 19th of April, 2024, and was conducted through the London Stock Exchange.
