M&C Saatchi PLC has announced the appointment of Simon Fuller as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting 1 July 2024, succeeding Bruce Marson who will become Deputy CFO. Fuller brings over two decades of experience from various senior roles in UK listed companies, and is expected to drive the company forward with his extensive background in corporate governance, business transformation, and investment strategy. The Board expressed gratitude to Marson for his significant role in the company’s recent transformation and looks forward to retaining his expertise.
