MBIA Inc. has appointed Shengying Yu as the new Controller and principal accounting officer, effective May 2, 2024. Bringing extensive experience from a tenure at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and a history with MBIA since 2009, Yu’s expertise in accounting is expected to guide the company’s financial reporting. This change comes as Joseph Schachinger steps into his role as Chief Financial Officer, following Anthony McKiernan.
